How to cancel an order, and when and how refunds are paid.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order from its page under My orders until it has been shipped. After that, contact us through the Contact us page and choose "Oil store and orders".
Returns

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, tell us within [to be confirmed] of delivery, with photos if you can. We'll replace the item or refund it.
Refunds
